Rules and Regulations:
- All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will give 12 post-dated cheques, each one equal to your Principle and Interest Payment on date of funding - or $1500/month, whichever is less.
- Refinances and Purchases are both eligible
- No overpayments or property taxes will be included
- Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first
- Not assignable or portable
- Initial Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change
- Draw will be performed by an independent third party. Only the winner will be contacted.
- All Entries are given 2 chances to win over the period of one year
- One Winner drawn twice a year (next draw is June, 2013)
